  1. We may, at our sole discretion, accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of goods, an error in the price or the goods description posted on this website, or an error in your order.
  2. We may also cancel your order if you provide incorrect or insufficient information in relation to your credit card details (including number, expiration date or card security value, if required), billing information, shipping address or any other relevant information on which we rely.

We take a great deal of care to provide goods prices and descriptions on the website that are as correct and up to date as possible, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information posted.  Prices may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control and typographical errors may occur. Prices online may vary due to special promotions, or mark downs.
  4. We do our best to ensure that details and images of our goods on the website are reproduced as accurately as possible, however there may be subtle colour variations between the actual goods and the website.
  5. We may choose to not fill any orders (or part of an order) that you have placed where the website contains errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Warranties and Replacements

The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar State and Territory legislation in Australia may confer rights, guarantees and remedies on you in relation to the provision by us of goods on the website, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. We do not exclude these rights but do exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any Consumer Guarantee, which cannot be excluded, is limited to the following:
    • the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
    • the repair of such goods;
    • the payment of the cost of the replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
    • the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
  3. You must take your own measurements carefully and select your size. Our sizing charts are comprehensive and any refund or a replacement due to sizing issues will be at our sole discretion.
  4. You must inspect the goods carefully prior to wearing the goods or removing the tags and notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods of any defects or damage. Where there has been damage to the packaging you must provide us with photographic evidence and provide all reasonable assistance in any claim we may make against the delivery company. Any refund or replacement for defect or damage which occurs after you wear the goods or remove the tags will be at our sole discretion.

Emails Web Beacons and Tags

We may send you emails confirming details of your order when you purchase goods including marketing material. You can unsubscribe from all marketing emails by clicking on the link in the relevant email. When you unsubscribe from marketing emails we will retain you on our database unless you request to be removed.

  3. Also, an image, called a Tag, is used on our website purchasing and shopping cart pages.
